      None. Going downhill fast. Employee retention is impossible, completely and utterly disorganized. The CEO is a puppet to a few favorites. Most toxic people and company I’ve ever worked with. The company won’t be around much longer if it continues the way it is currently. Save yourself.

      Point Echo Solutions is a great place to work. It is a small start up and can have it's challenges but has been a great place to work for the last two years. We have a lot of flexibility with our days, are encouraged to take as much time off as needed. We work on varied projects and have the ability to work on projects that interest us. Management is great about helping us and also has a great interest in our development. Promotions are always given from within first and they give a lot of freedom when it comes to career progression and development.

      The small size of the company will means that you have a lot of autonomy.

      The benefits are extremely weak, and leadership is downright toxic. Consultants are expected to manage clients entirely on their own, with little to no support.
