No company is flawless. While we grow, there are some changes that occur (updating technology, adding insurance benefits, formalizing procedures, etc.) that are normal for any developing organization. It is critical not to get caught up in what is wrong, but rather to focus on what is going right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support it.
