Prepare to be worked to the bone, with little appreciation from management. In an attempt to get rid of the long hours and frustration, management will throw busy work at you to see where your time is going-instead of trying to figure out the source of the problem. Management can't be trusted. When you speak up, you will be shot down. When you say something in confidence, know that the entire management team will know within minutes. People are promoted on an annual basis, and not based on performance.
