Love the mission of them helping children

This company lacks empathy for their employees. This used to be the best company until the originator passed away. Now it's just a money maker, trying to make the most money for the investment committee. The company also lack processes and policy. They can't make up their mind when making decision. They fire people cold heartedly without an compassion, Then hire a new person while knowing they were going to fire you. Stay away from this place, you will be worked like a slave.
