When I was looking for a job back in June 2022, a lot of people told me that I would never find one as I was almost 5 month pregnant at that point. I received so much help around this benefit and easily received the entire amount within a month of starting maternity leave. I am also inspired by work hard, party harder culture that we have. Our 2022 company party was actually the first party that my kid ever attended, so it will be very special in our memories :)
