Everyone is engaged and enjoys their work. This is evident in the workmanship every day. It is a very strong team environment where everyone is part of the daily process. This includes owners, sales, engineering, service, installation, and administration. One goal.....be the best at what we do. I feel good every day that I go to work. Nothing is a pro with this company

Promises are made that cannot be kept to employees. Employees are treated with no respect. Management will not train and lie about being able to advance. This will never happen because it is so small. The owners do not know what is going on in the office half the time as the supposed office manager runs the show, but is incompetent and lacks communication skills. Trust me when I say you do not want to work here. Benefits are not great. They will feed you a bunch of lies to get you to get on board, use you for what they want accomplished, and then find a way to weasel you out.
