The company is out and out made up of cons. Nothing else. This could be the worst company I have ever come across as far as I know. 1.The shift timing is the first stupid thing I can ever tell which is 12pm - 9.30 pm. 2.No job security at all. You could be sent out at any time at the discretion of the stupid management who acts nutty. 3.Meaningless technology is used. They may hire for java with java interview. But they put in IVR Technology which hardly uses java. Don't cheat people by having hired for java and put in your choice. We are not dumb like you. 4.Worst managed pantry service which is absolutely unhygienic. I have seen people who are ill after dring tea from there. 5.MOST CHEAP RATED SALARY IN THE IT INDUSTRY.But this doesn't qualify as an IT industry itself. 6.Candidates are hired by Gad-A-Get Computers of Arumbakkam and make them work in Pointel Solutions. This is an idiotic case.
