Too much pressure and unrealistic expectations, employees are not valued or heard. Direction changes and changes are not communicated. Lots of office politics for a small company, especially between mid management. Lots of unprofessional behavior and departments running their own agendas. Discriminatory comments and inappropriate jokes are common and accepted. Compensation is not fair.

Great environment and great place to learn. You get to reach many important brands worldwide and your work makes a difference.
