The colleagues, international environment, social integration is easy. Comes in handy if you're new in town.

Very high workload and an unfair workload distribution. Management not susceptible to messages of feeling overloaded / approaching burnout. Even give you more clients on top of what you're already juggling. Unfair pay. Bad management. Think they can make up for treating employees badly by ordering a slice of pizza every month.
