Feeling right at home. Amazing group! - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Pointer

Pointer is a great place to work, they have a small group of talented and devoted staff. Great attention to detail ranks them at the top of the ecommerce industry. It's a fast-paced environment offering fun and interesting projects to dig into. Management is organized and deadlines are overseen, so late nights are rarely an issue. They offer health benefits, flexible working hours and plenty of snacks and catered lunches. To top it off, the office is located in the heart of the Byward market making everything accessible.

Since its' so fast-paced, work expectations can be quite high at times. They've had some minor growing pains, but those are being resolved by refining the internal process.

The company feeds off the dynamic energy of the head of the company. It is faced paced and was a joy to work in. The teams are constantly working to continuously improve and superior communication is what makes this group of talented people stand out from the others.

This is a tough one as I do not really have anything negative to say about the company. I think fondly of my time there and use that group of people as standards for any team I work with now.
