NY and Toronto leadership doesn't appear to understand media planning or team management. One thinks they're a people person, the other thinks they're a philosopher - between the two of them you will get zero actionable insights, no sense that they're actually thinking about strategy, management, workfolw or even the media landscape, but rather nonesene, double standards, moving targets, and otherwise rude, dismissive behavior.
Regarding business outlook...just look at Nielsen's stock price over the last few years...
