Svantaggi
- Most of the information provided by HR in the interview is wrong or misleading. - Most "projects" are for outsourcing, although there are some opportunities with "close projects." - On contract, the work model is presencial, although it may be remote if the client allows it. The hybrid model is gaining fans. - Financial engineering in the proposal, in a way that seems interesting, but we will never gain annually the value proposed. - The daily allowances are not paid if you go on legal vacations or take the extra 25 nonworking days. - The base salary is meager. - There is no career plan to look for. - The budget for training and the certifications takes a lot of work. The training department needs to make it easier to use your budget. Although the interview states that you can use your budget for conferences and events, the truth isn't so. - There is an environment of censorship and a lack of transparency. - Proudly experts in silent quitting. - There is a culture of not setting goals or milestones to achieve. No one is incentivized to study, do training, or do certifications. - The organization works hard not to pay the incentives for good performance. Either by hiring/client/project referral, certifications, or training. - Lack of communication with managers and the workforce. They ignore the worker "complaints," expecting them to go away with time. - They lack ethics, common sense, and empathy. People get bullied at their pleasure and do organic shamming across partners. - Most Directors are not truthful or honest. The same for HR department. - Your opinion matters, as long you don't have one or you agree with your manager.
