I worked for the UAE division of Policybazaar for multiple years. The management in tech is so poor it's indescribable at this point. It's harsh, rude, devoid of common sense. Extremely poor technical management with no modern knowledge, still stuck in early 2000s .NET era Rude, harsh, and unprofessional behavior from leadership Favoritism is rampant; promotions and opportunities depend on bias, not merit Zero flexibility, no work-life balance Salaries are mediocre and management openly discriminates based on pay levels Severe lack of communication and people skills in tech leadership Overcrowded office: one desk for two people, no space to work Overall culture is toxic and regressive The most important thing is that the HR knows all the problems but doesn't have any authority to take any significant action.
