This company is very flexible and will work with you. That has been huge as I have transitioned from full-time, to getting hours reduced, to being flex. They've been willing to keep me on when most people would've probably let me go. Hours are pretty consistent. Management is easy to talk to and you can reach out to them for anything. You definitely feel like they appreciate your work

If you work nights, you are subject to working until 12 (pretty rare) or not get a full 6 hours shift.

Easy work, friendly con workers

Low pay, high volume calls some days. Scripts are way to long.
