Great CEO Great culture Easy to grow within the company

I was there as at the start up and experienced change without notification, but that happens a lot with a start up. (not a real con)

I'm newer to the team, but immediately felt at home here. The team is welcoming and thoughtful and eager to help each other out. It's also doing a really good job of creating infrastructure, considering it's a pretty young company itself. That forward thinking makes me think that this company will scale well as it grows, and it has a huge opportunity to do so. The product that we are building could likely change the way market research is conducted, and everyone is on board to make that happen. It's incredible to work with a motivated team.

The commute is a bit long for me personally, but the office is centrally located in Manhattan. Close to many trains.
