* The company asks us to sign a bond for 3 years where we have to submit our original certificates to the company (if certificates are not submitted to the company they only half salary will be credited by the company). * The management is least bothered about the employees health * Have to work overtimes and even during holidays * The pay scale is very low and no proper increments * They give false commitments to customers and then force the employees to work for extra hours * Even OT is not provided to employees for working extra hours. *The company culture is very poor
