I have been an employee at PolySi Technologies for over 8 years. To be honest the first few years were a little difficult. However, as the company grew and changes were made working for this company has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. It's a small company but still offers a benefits package and has a family first attitude.

Communication between departments has room for improvement.
