Management didn't communicate the financial situation until they called for a "mandatory meeting" where they announced massive layoffs. No severance was offered even though they closed their operations in California (dozens of people lost their job).

Innovative startup atmosphere, working on flexible display technology in a wearable band using Android OS. Great opportunities to learn and build groundbreaking products.

Board of directors wasn't able to manage finances properly and couldn't find investors. Ran the company out of money and announced the week before christmas that they would be putting everyone on unpaid leave.
