Sold the Company, however, still doing Business as Polygon Homes, but different owners and Management.

Nice people. Company does care about doing the right thing even in a bad market environment.

The culture can be dry and transactional. Optics mean more to leadership than performance as incompetence from long tenured employees is generally accepted. The options to grow and advance are very limited. Don’t expect any career planning conversations. For a developer, the office space is very outdated.
