The organization needs more depth, but the success we've had as lean as we are shows great potential for the company. Hours and travel can be demanding at times, but those in leadership positions are the first ones to recognize those efforts.

Company benefits are solid. HR team, contracts and finance are great people. Project Managers are great teammates. Fun projects to work on.

Senior leadership steals large projects from sales people to avoid paying them. Commissions get lowered every year regardless of company or employee performance. Zero room to grow vertically in the sales team. When you start to make decent money, they lower payouts. Business Unit Managers are terrible sales leaders and don’t stick up for sales people under their management. The leadership team hires talented people and then trash talk them when they leave to talk a position that pays them more fairly. The sales leadership team has chased every talented individual out of the company over the last 6 years. The company is also in financial decline to top it all off.
