Thank you for your review. We rely on feedback like yours to help us understand and address and hopefully improve our overall culture and employee experience. While we are happy to hear that you felt it was "easy to take time off" as we try very hard in supporting a work/life balance, it is concerning that you felt there is "little to no training". With the onboarding of all positions we work earnestly to accomplish the following: 1. Extensive tailored on-line training through our company learning platform (PolyPro) 2. Individualized "hands-on" training 3. Scheduled 1-on-1 trainings with various subject matter experts (SME's) 4. Multiple meetings with field personnel 5. A collaborative culture that encourages and provides resources enabling "personal ownership" for individual success and career development. Again, thank you for your feedback as we continue to examine and continuously improve our processes in pursuit of employee satisfaction and organizational excellence.

Company benefits are solid. HR team, contracts and finance are great people. Project Managers are great teammates. Fun projects to work on.

Senior leadership steals large projects from sales people to avoid paying them. Commissions get lowered every year regardless of company or employee performance. Zero room to grow vertically in the sales team. When you start to make decent money, they lower payouts. Business Unit Managers are terrible sales leaders and don’t stick up for sales people under their management. The leadership team hires talented people and then trash talk them when they leave to talk a position that pays them more fairly. The sales leadership team has chased every talented individual out of the company over the last 6 years. The company is also in financial decline to top it all off.

We are also not able to always satisfy every employee who has worked or is working with us. It appears that our intentions as an organization do not meet your personal goals.
