Incredibly toxic environment. During the time I was there, four project managers were hired and they resigned within a month. Visar Gashi (CEO) is just a random developer with control issues. He entrusts the management work to Muharrem (COO) who is extremely into micro management and most of the time has no idea what he is doing. As that was not enough, he makes things even more complicated in the office so Visar (which lives in NY) would somehow be dependent on him. It employs mostly students so they can pay them way below average. Company is constantly dealing with financial problems. Also culture is a mess, praising few people who have nothing to bring except street/bar talk.
