I joined the Polymershapes family immediately after graduating college and it has been an even greater “first career” experience than I imagined for myself. To start, the CEO takes great care of his Shapes family and knows each of us by name. He makes a point to get to know his employees and make us feel important and cared for while remembering details about our lives. Next, my manager and teammates have been supportive and patient throughout my onboarding/first few months as I learn more about the company, products, and best practices to delight our customers. They are always willing to explain things to me even when they have a multitude of tasks on their plates.
