Have much freedom and boss encourage to do many different things provided that we have hit the bare min target. Environment is fine, not amazing not poor either.

Things are a bit repetitive but it can be a good thing because for someone like me, being unable to come out with new ideas all the time, it's a mix of slow and fast pace at the same time.

- Learn many practical skills that I can use for the future jobs - Have many bonding and connecting sessions - Great leadership - Friendly Culture - Have financial talks that help to enhance my financial knowledge

- The downside is that I didn't get to work there longer.
