This is Interesting work. You can move up fast if you are fairly intelligent and are willing to work hard. Decent money if you are willing to work a lot of hours. Relatively acceptable work environment after being recognized as a valued member of the company.

Poor staffing practices. The turnover rate is so hire that once in a supervisory position the job is frustrating. you no sooner get a worker trained they are gone. Work-life balance is poor as need for your abilities and experience expand and increase. Due to long hours and increased work load in order to cover for chronic absences and poor performance from workers under your supervision. Poor Upper management.
