Low and highly unbalanced compensation to employees. While the HoD might be earning something short of a crore, the very second person to him in the department would be earning less than Rs. 15 lac. Inefficient HR policies and a lazy HR department makes things worse for employees. The company has a shameful appraisal process. Unapproachable top management. No respect given to the young employees and their ideas. Heavy reliance on the old and decaying top management.
