I’ve been rewarded for proactive development of processes and procedures. People with an entrepreneurial bent do really well here. If you love a place where you have to say “let’s get it done”, this is the place for you.

Polysciences has a lot of “sister” companies. Sometimes priorities of the sister companies trump the priorities of Polysciences. There are times when you have to scramble to fulfill the requests of the sister companies. It’s completely disruptive to the day to day, but in the end supporting the sister companies helps your bonus and merit raise.
