Pays peanuts, at least better than nothing right?

Over promise and under deliver is this company's motto. Pays low for the amount of work you do, with a promise of a review that constantly gets pushed back. Very unprofessional with egotistic management playing favourites. No company culture, lots of gossiping and two-faced toxic people.

Despite growing to around 250 employees, the company has maintained a family-business feel while still being run very professionally. The owners are highly knowledgeable and switched on to the industry, which is reflected in the company’s continued growth and success. Competitive pay, no micromanagement, and a strong company ethos make Polyteck a great place to work.
