The open office encourages collaboration and teamwork while work hours are really flexible and offer the benefit of working from home 1-2 days per week. I've also enjoyed the opportunity to travel and network with both PolyVision and Steelcase employees. It's clear PolyVision trusts its employees to work responsibly and autonomously - allowing for a positive work-life balance and encouraging personal development.
