Very nice people to work for, company has been around many years and for the most part has a good name.

Not many cons, I would say that there were a few people who didn't do their job all the time but that's every where you go

Positive attitudes, smiling faces, very easy to get along with all who worked there, as well as, customers coming and going. I loved this company.

$1,600 Pay is considered a draw. However if your draw is not met at the end of the month it will not roll-over to the next month. There are bonus levels that do pay extra cash when you sell 10,12,14,16, & 20 cars in a single month. There is a Fast-Start Bonus at 6 & 7 cars sold.

Svantaggi

$150 commission per unit. Used cars can offer more but it is not guaranteed that you will. You must sell 10 Cars to get any kind of backend (commission from holding gross, selling warranties, selling accessories/product)
