Pompa claims to be a Christian based company, but the culture behind the scenes does not reflect the fundamentals of loving your neighbor, supporting others, or building people up. Leadership may talk about faith and mission, but when it comes to how they treat employees, it feels cold, transactional, and the opposite of what they preach. They sell you a sense of job security and “family culture,” but the reality is you can be let go immediately if leadership doesn’t personally believe in you or decide you aren’t the exact mold they want (no pun intended) . There is little patience, little coaching, and no real runway to grow into the role. The turnover is alarming. I watched half of my team get let go within just a few weeks, which made it clear this is not a stable environment and not a company that invests in people long term. Even coming in as a top rep from my previous company, I was shocked by how quickly they throw you into an intense boot camp environment with unrealistic expectations and minimal support. It feels like a churn and burn sales system where they cycle through people until they find a few who can survive their process. Overall, the culture feels like false hope. They make it sound like you’re joining a mission driven team with long term opportunity, but the reality is it’s high pressure, high turnover, and leadership that is quick to cut people rather than develop them.
