Dispatchers don’t answer when you need them. Pay used to be better now adding those leg trips you are making less money. Also the company does not seem to care about the equipment, so if you have a bad trailer good luck with them calling you back pretty much you are on your own. I guess is a good place to start as a new driver if you do not have more options.
