The management is very poor, they play favorites, the sous chef is an alcoholic and the head chef does nothing but yell and scream just for the sake of it. I was told i wouldnt have to close, but ended up closing almost every night while the people that were scheduled to close were allowed to go home. It is very corporate and the owner likes to micromanage everything. Its a very stressful place to work for the work load thats there, as far as the work is concerned its a great place to be but what goes into accomplishing the work is to much for to little.
