Direct leadership was good and mostly fair Good colleagues and good atmosphere until CEO changed things

CEO does not understand anything about recruitment or care about employees. While employees were working part-time due to financial issues, he was "working" full-time but not actually doing anything to improve the situation.

The company sets global strategies/goals than it is up to the local manager/VD to decide how to work towards these. There is support to gain from other offices and from the central company but the office worked together. I had some really great colleagues and since I left the Umeå office has been restructured with new and improved management.

When i was working there the work environment was a bit toxic. I worked well within my team but other part of the company(sales and management) where not what i want from colleagues and managers. I know these people have left the company.
