Good company and marginal benefits

Good structured environment. They have one of the best benefit packages in Puerto Rico. They recently have been getting rid of the bloat in management. Solid upward mobility.

Job leveling practices are questionable. I was making alot less than another team member who had less workload, less time in the company and less responsibility. That turned into a trend before I left.
