They hire anyone and everyone. I felt micromanaged, not by my manager but my colleagues. The environment feels like you're back in high school. A lot of gossip about each other, and a lot of negative energy. You can speak up but no one will listen because they will continue to talk about you. They are all about favorites especially when it comes to trying to get the next position or promotion. I had to fake it until I made it out of there alive. If you like high school and cliques, this place is for you!
