High turnover, pays under market average for most roles, most teams run "lean" and some climbers are overworked, medical benefits aren't the best and are expensive, asks for annual feedback from climbers but doesn't really action the feedback given, company is "remote first" but won't hire or promote people to certain roles if they aren't local to an office.
