Great Team, yearly events and good salary

Lots of redundancies and people leaving. More than half of the company is gone since I joined here. Company is unable to secure new clients and existing ones leaving too. Talented people left the company now and there is no hope here in this company after they are losing money now.

The biggest pro for me is the culture and people. I am a huge advocate of what we do as a business, but for me it's the people that make it a pleasure to come into the office every day. No two days are the same, it has a vibrant atmosphere and a collaborative, open culture, which I love. It is also very flat in structure, the Founders are all accessible and very much part of the team. There is no obvious heirarchy here.

We have grown very rapidly over the past 12 months and with that comes certain struggles and adjustments in terms of catching up with yourself and learning to function as a bigger business, very quickly. We don't always get it right, but we learn from our mistakes. That kind of ever-changing environment can be unsettling for some people, but for others it's what drives them.
