Due to the nature of the business, there are times that are more hectic than others and employees are stretched to the limit. It is a growing company, so that is one of the expected "growing pains".

Teamwork is key and communication is paramount here. I like that leadership goals are transparent and shared. There is plenty of opportunity for professional growth to obtain new skills and free online educational sessions are encouraged and provided. The work atmosphere is flexible.

You will need to be able to work in a open work-space with others, so if you have a hard time concentrating or you are a more introverted person this can be challenging. The job is one that has guidelines but requires judging fairly circumstances in gray areas with common sense. If you have a hard time thinking outside of the box or do not have an open mind to learning new things, this job may not be for you.
