Still a family business at heart, lovely office, fast paced which isn’t for everyone, but well rewarded during my time with the Company for doing a good job.

Location is a little remote, due to the continuous growth mindset, it can feel a little pressured.

Beautiful setting in the country Nice building, clean toilets and kitchen Local shop is handy

Leadership has no idea what they are doing & are terrified of change - which is what they need to grow. Zero flexibility, every day in office and military lunch breaks. Have reached the point of maximum growth and will now either be static or decline.
