They are full of people from IIMs & IBMs, they love to take them but has not vision and goal for the organisation. They are least aware about the ground realities and just sit in the office and does meetings and con calls. They are very easy in asking anyone to leave the organisation, no matter who old the employee is. The bring a new employee at half the salary of the old and makes him redundant in the system. Attrition is the only constant thing in this Org from Top to bottom(from both sides). They take people at hefty package but their long term sustainability is questionable. they don't have anything in their minds for such people and then put them at useless tasks in the name of "Projects". And my god they take people in bulk like veggies and then ask some of them to leave:p Politics and buttering rules over everything in this organisation. People rather than working are busy doing politics or buttering the top management. There are 2 types people in this Org. Either people are completely enjoying without doing any work or are frustrated with a lot of work.
