The point you made about staff retention is incorrect. We're proud of our low staff turnover and average staff tenure of 4 years’ service. In addition, many of our workforce have been employed between 5 and 23 years. We are confident that our management style, working practices, and career pathway creates a positive, rewarding and people centric work environment. However, we recognize that our high-performance, fast-paced culture focused on delivering the highest levels of service to our clients may not be the right fit for everyone.
