      The values and people working for Portico are super friendly and helpful, benefits are good and commission are good. They have a lot of communities so there’s opportunities for growth.

      Svantaggi

      There is not life work balance. You cannot step away from your computer, no breaks, workload is crazy. Very little training during transitions. Ownerships expectations are really high.

      Not many since PTO policy changes and micromanaging. benefits are the same or worse as other property management companies.

      They just changed PTO policy, they don't have sick days so you had to use PTO and now you can't use PTO to call in sick, you can now only call in if you have jury duty, a family member dies, or you have to be in the hospital or do FMLA. So if you are sick you have to pay to go to the hospital, they will not even take a doctor's note now or you just have to show up sick to work but regionals and corporate get unlimited PTO. If you have a child do not work here they will not excuse your absence to take care of them if they get sick unless they die.
