Working here at Portland, for the short time I did, was a very enjoyable experience. The people are friendly and really make you feel like a part of the team straight away, balancing friendly conversations and jokes while keeping the level of professionalism expected in any business environment. The work was interesting and always gave you something to do when you arrive in the morning and the interaction with various different candidates and clients made it feel very interactive and kept you wanting to keep working through your task rather than seeing it as a piece of work you just wanted to end. They provided training which helped me get a better understanding of how the business functioned and what was expected of me and really helped me get a good view on what my role was in the business. In conclusion, Portland Resourcing was a very pleasant place to work and I would recommend it to anyone who was interested.
