That's the reason employees also have pleasant mindset. +CEO suggested me to join on a Friday before long weekend so that I can be more relaxed. I guess many companies would prefer employee to join after long weekend to save some money for the company. It shows great heart he has.

-Their Leave policy is not organized, though it says Unlimited PTO. -Even if Boss says Yes, it needs 5 more people's approval to get vacation. That can be frustrating. -They need to understand that immigrant takes one longer vacation to visit their country than multiple smaller vacations. But these are very small issues that can be fixed easily. It is a great company and I highly recommend
