Flexible schedule/you pick your availability. Enjoyed working with some of the other clinicians there; they were helpful to consult on cases with.

They will talk up the position, make you feel like they really care about you, promise that you will make "great money", and that you will be able to make great strides in your career there. There is this feeling that it's "too good to be true", and then you realize that there were red flags in all of their promises. Great money is not made, in fact, many people get second jobs because they can't support themselves or their families on what they make. This place was okay to start with, but you won't advance your career here. They will offer you ways to make more money and make good moves for your career, but those promises fall flat. This practice is very money driven for their business rather than putting the mental health of it's clients and staff at the top of the list of priorities. Proceed with caution!
