The senior management at the Fulham Football Ground project are a blast from the 80’s, out of date, rude and a bully. When all have no respect you cannot expect to bring the best out in the team. The project lead has sacked several members of the team for no reason and been unsympathetic and rude when doing so. Avoid.

I have had a generally positive experience and wanted to share my thoughts on the workplace atmosphere and overall culture. The company does have a very welcoming enviroment. The staff, including top-level directors, have been approachable and understanding, fostering a sense of camaraderie throughout the organization. The company works on really exciting projects. So far the company seems to place emphasis on recognising achievements, creating a motivating environment that celebrates successes and encourages innovation. The laid-back work environment is a definite plus, allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere while maintaining productivity levels. The company's culture, which values open communication and teamwork, contributes to the overall human and personable feel.

Although there are many positives, one area that could be improved is the compensation package. While the experience and the work environment are undeniably beneficial, the pay may not be as competitive as it could be compared to industry standards. The team often works on projects spread across different locations, which can result in limited opportunities to get to know colleagues from other sites. This dispersion sometimes hinders the development of deeper, cross-site relationships and collaborations. Nonetheless, the overall work environment remains conducive to teamwork and mutual support within our local teams.
