Additionally, the community within the company is supportive and fosters a collaborative environment, making it easier to connect with colleagues and share knowledge.

One of the main issues is that good performance is not rewarded with promotions. Instead, it seems that moving to a different department or position is the only way to achieve a higher rank. This creates a sense of frustration among employees who work hard and deliver excellent results but see little to no recognition in terms of career growth. I often find myself with little to no work because the company tends to rely heavily on external vendors for many projects. This reliance not only diminishes our role but also limits our opportunities to take on challenging tasks that could enhance our skills and contribute to our career development. Overall, I believe PT Pos Indonesia needs to reassess its approach to employee advancement and recognize the value of its internal talent. Without meaningful career development pathways, it’s difficult to maintain motivation and job satisfaction.
