Even after working for almost a year, I don't see any advantage of working in this company.

They do not pay. Employee's have 2 to 6 months of salaries pending with hope of being paid in future. Management is pathetic. Its a design company with no background. Extremely poor sales team, who is busy licking the authorities for mobile phones and gadgets.Funny is they do not pay salary but gift a few bootlickers bikes, phones and gadgets. Bunch of fools running the organisation to fill their graves with money destroying young careers. Shameless creatures on earth.
