Benefits, work/life balance, pay structure, retention bonuses. Very touchy feely company, they very much care about employee satisfaction which is great, but can inhibit them at certain moments as well.

Leadership, lay offs, financial losses, bandaid fixes, etc. The company has missed quota for 6 quarters in a row. There’s no real direction here, what they do changes every week which is understandable because they’re trying to keep the boat but sinking, but at the same time it takes time for change to be seen. It’s a data science company that doesn’t allow for real data to compile and influence decisions.
